VA3OPP QSL Card

This was the first QSL card that was issued when VA3OPP took part in the Ontario QSO Party. You will notice it dates back to 2001.The QSO Party provides a good opportunity to confirm that the station can contact amateur operators province wide in cases of emergency.
Since 2001, VA3OPP has tried to operate in as many Ontario QSO Parties as possible, only missing in 2002.
The meaning of QSL is "confirmation of contact."
