Help on Occurrence:

• Occurrences require action on the part of Festival or Support Personnel
• Before entering an occurrence, create the reporter first using the client window
• You can use the shortcut button if the name is not already in the drop down list
• In a drop down list entering any letter will bring you to matching entries
• The default view is open occurrences
• Make the title meaningful, but brief!
• If you can think of any more occurrence types, let Paul know
• LOST_CHILD instructions
